
1. Course Purpose
The purpose of Workstream B is to build practical, analytical, and interpretive competence among professionals working with drug-related data, enabling them to:
- navigate EUDA monitoring systems,
- understand and critically assess data,
- conduct simple analyses,
- interpret findings responsibly,
- communicate evidence with transparency.
2. Target Audience
The e-course is designed for analysts, national drug observatory staff, policy officers and new contributors to EUDA reporting processes across:
- ENP countries,
- Reitox network (EU + NO + TR),
- EUDA internal trainees,
as defined in the Learning Plan’s WS-B section.
3. Instructional Structure — 5 Modules + Assessments
This E-course consists of five structured modules, with a total estimated participant workload of 8 hours.
